Astronomy Day Fair, August 28, Noon - 4 pm
Join us for an afternoon of all things astronomical. Astronomy Day Fair is a day of telescopes, fun in the Starlab, games, and prizes! An Afternoon of Astronomy Fun! Look safely through a telescope, guided by the Wehr Astronomical Society. View beautiful celestial images in a special exhibit. See the Milky Way in the Starlab, an inflatable planetarium. Sign up for a session upon your arrival. Sessions are offered on the half hour, with the last session at 3 p.m. Space in the Starlab is limited! Go on the Solar System Walk, a walk from the Sun to Pluto (on the woodland trails at Wehr) Create astronomy crafts, play astronomy games, and more! Food and beverages are available for purchase.
